Spanish-lets.com requires that certain conditions be met by advertisers and users of this website.These are :
- that the person / agent advertising the property for rental is authorised to do so either because
they own the property or they are agents acting for the owner.
- that the images in the advertisement include the property being marketed and nearby locations.
- that the property has been honestly and fairly represented by the wording in the owners comment box
and in the full details section.
- that the rental fee to any tenant will be no higher than the price on this website.
- that Spanish-lets.com acts purely as a third party allowing landlords to find tenants and vice versa.
- that tenants are advised to use the advertisements as a rough guide and,prior to signing any binding
legal contract,check that the details contained in an advertisement are contained in any such contract.
Tenants are further advised to clarify in writing all important financial details,in particular,refundable
booking and cancellation fees,tenancy periods,deposits required,extra fees required and rental fees.
Spanish-lets.com do not :
- Sell or divulge e-mail addresses.
- Enter into negotiations on behalf of either landlords or tenants.
- Check on the validity of any claims by the advertiser nor verify the honesty of the information.
- Accept no liability whatsoever for the truthfulness or accuracy of the information contained within advertisements.
- Advise on fees quoted,ways to present a property,or provide advice that would benefit the owner or tenant.
- Have any power to enforce information contained within an advertisement nor can we be held responsible
for either the landlords or tenants behaviour.
- Have any control over the content of e-mails sent using the "Contact owner" system.These e-mails are
private and confidential
Alteration and cancellation of advertisements :
- Advertisements can be changed by notifying us in writing at spanishlets@yahoo.com from the e-mail
address used when placing the initial advertisement.
- New images will be uploaded and new information entered by spanish-lets staff within 24 hours of notification.
Cancellation of advertisement :
- Landlords / agents - If at any time you wish to withdraw an advertisement you may do so by writing to us at
spanishlets@yahoo.com
We do not provide refunds.
Please note :
- Spanish-lets.com accepts no liability whatsoever for disputes between landlords and tenants.
- All advertisers and users are asked to be polite,decent and respectful in their correspondence.
- The "comments boxes" are the owners words and must be relevant,decent,legal and polite.
- The editor and owners of this website reserve the absolute right to edit or refuse any entry
that could be considered illegal,offensive,racist,sexist,homophobic or any other wording that
could cause offence to any person reading this website.Such content will be removed immediately
without financial compensation.
- On receiving complaints of any nature,we reserve the right to investigate and in extreme
circumstances notify the appropriate authorities.
